Our private dining room facilities may be held for 72 hours on a tentative basis. After this time, the facilities must be confirmed with a check or credit card and signed contract or they will be released.
All private rooms are subject to a food and beverage minimum. Minimums are based on the season and day of the week. Please contact our sales staff for further information.
A guaranteed count is due five business days in advance of your event. If no guarantee is received, client will be charged for the number of guests originally contracted for when the reservation was made; or for the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater. Should the actual number of guests fall below the guarantee, client will be charged for the number of guests guaranteed. In addition, 437 Rush will not be obligated to serve or set up for more than 5% above the guaranteed number.
Final menu selections must be received 5 business days prior to your event. Menu items and preparations are subject to change depending on market availability.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of function. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. Company checks will be
accepted only if prior arrangements are made.
All pricing includes food arrangements only, unless specified by a package. No food or alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the restaurant from outside sources.
All Food and Beverage prices are subject to 20% service charge and 10.25% sales tax. A Bartender fee of $100.00 may apply.
Please inform our sales staff of any need in finding décor, AV equipment, a disc jockey, band, photographer, florist or any other outside service. We have great relationships throughout Chicago and would be happy to arrange or recommend one of our preferred vendors to help make your event perfect.
